Freight Forwarding

Sea Freight Forwarding.

Each mode of freight transport has its own unique advantages. Choosing an appropriate method is heavily dependent on distance, the geographic location of your destination, the nature of your items, your budget, and any necessary deadlines or schedules that must be adhered to.
You may be surprised to learn that although it seems like the less technologically advanced option, choosing sea freight shipping can be more economically viable, more reliable and easier than transporting your goods by other means.

Sea freight shipping may be your preferred choice of transportation if you have lots of heavy, oversized or a large quantity of packages to send & delivery time is not important. When shipping goods by sea you must consider the transit times, the frequency of sailings and sea vessel rotation of the delivery ports. In addition consideration must also be given to the temperature, humidity or moisture levels that your cargo may endure during the sea voyage – ask yourself, how will it affect my cargo?
Sea freight shipping is the most economic form of transportation by which goods are moved between countries in the import export process. With the use of containerization for packing and shipping export or import cargo it has greatly increased the volumes of cargo moved by sea freight whilst improving, the speed of transit and the safety of cargo deliveries

Air Freight Forwarding

Sending your cargo by air freight is the best option for time-sensitive shipments. However air freight is more expensive than sea freight and is limited by the availability of major airports close to the points of departure and arrival. The cost of air freight is largely determined by the weight of your cargo and how quickly you need it to arrive. Heavier, time-sensitive freight will be the most costly. Other advantages include lower Insurance rates, inexpensive warehousing and tighter inventory control.
